Placing an order
Please use this webshop to place your order instead of requesting an order via email. This is definitely the easiest way for both you and us.
If you need to add something to your order right after you have paid you’ll need to make another order. We’ll try to combine your orders if it’s possible (and then refund the extra shipping costs you did pay on the second order).
Shipping and tracking
Our shipping costs are calculated by the country of destination and total weight of the order. The shipping rates are shown in the shopping cart and checkout.
Please notice, that maximum amount of items in one order is calculated by the total weight.
Approximate delivery times (weekends and holidays excluded):
- Europe 2–6 work days via Posti / GLS
- Iceland 2–4 weeks due to COVID-19 (normally 5–10 days)
At the moment COVID-19 situation is still affecting the delivery times, so please be patient. Your order will be shipped in 24 hours and after that the carriers will do the best they can.
Currently we deliver to the following countries:
International returns and refunds
We do not offer free returns, so if you want to return any of the items you ordered you can do it by paying the return cost yourself.
If the product you ordered was broken on arrival or did not meet your expectations, please contact us without delay.
Visa, Mastercard and PayPal
We accept payment via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal through Paytrail payment service.
Paytrail is a licensed Finnish payment institution established in 2007. They are part of Nets.
Prices and taxes
Our prices are affected whether or not your delivery location is inside EU. If you’re outside EU you don’t pay VAT (value added tax).
To see the right prices in the webshop just visit the cart or checkout page and choose your location from the drop-down options.
Please note that all custom fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility. The value of your package will be listed on your package (or transmitted digitally if required). Our shipping system is automated so we cannot falsify the customs forms or mark orders as gift, sample or anything else to lower the values.
