Description
Miska purses are named after a character that is introduced in Moominsummer Madness, a book by Tove Jansson, where the Moomin escape a flood and save Miska as well.
Miska pouches are oblong, featuring rounded corners and a ball clasp. The pouch is made of cotton and has a polyester lining. The pouch features a black and white Hattifattener print. Hattifatteners are white, almost harmless creatures that mostly resemble mushroom stems. Hattifatteners live in Moominvalley, in the wonderful fantasy world created by Tove Jansson. The Moomins know little about the Hattifatteners. What they do know is that Hattifatteners travel in groups and that during thunderstorms, their presence feels like an electrical charge in the air. Even though the print depicts the Hattifatteners in detail, their large eyes let nothing on about their emotions or thoughts. No focus, but bundles of presence!
The pouch is the perfect size to fit a phone and other small necessities and to serve as a casual clutch purse, or to serve as a makeup pouch.
